Manufacturing Process

From Raw Material to Finished Moulding

01 Mixing

PS raw material and additives are blended.

02 Extrusion

Material is melted at approximately 180°C.

03 Moulding

The profile takes shape through the mould.

04 Cooling

Water cooling stabilizes the formed profile.

05 Hot Transfer

Finish film is applied by heat transfer.

06 Cutting

Profiles are cut to customer requirements.

07 Quality Check

Surface, color and dimensions are inspected.

08 Packing

Finished mouldings are packed for shipment.
