HOW IT’S MADE
The Production Journey

Material Mixing
PS and supporting materials are mixed before extrusion.

Extrusion & Forming
The material is heated, extruded and shaped through a mould.

Cooling
The formed profile is cooled to set its shape.

Heat Transfer
Heat-transfer foil applies the selected colour and surface effect.

Cutting & Packing
Profiles are cut to the required length, packed and moved into storage.
